“Ok- ....I searched awhile with some frustration- for a fence company that's kept the value of work and ethics - caring about what they do. I've been around long enough to see those values in a company change- esp with a generation. This is one of the companys in the Detroit area that have managed to maintain a business in a golden fashion. Two young men representing this 3rd generation company, Tony and Jermaine completed for us almost 90' of vinyl fencing in two days of consciencious effort. I am Very satified with their construction. They worked hard, watched their mannerisms and demonstrated that they cared about what they were doing. That counts with me- big time. So..... a few weeks later...I had them do a second install of some 70' or so. This time, they even returned a wrench to me that I had dropped along the fence line (incidentally- on two other occassions I've lost items to contractors- you can imagine). Joined by a coworker named John on the second day this work was also completed.Two jobs well done!So here's the follow up. I've spoken to their people in the office- Leslie (I believe one of the original owners) and Shawn (I believe 3rd generation) - they're good people to do business with.I'm comfortable now - enjoying my new privacy and looking forward to replacing the old wooden fencing falling from the the final edge of my lot..... “A recent storm sent a large limb down on my gate destroying it. I tried finding a replacement at the big home improvement stores and that's when I found out my gate wasn't the standard size since my fence was over 30 years old. I came across Star fence and contacted them. I gave them the size and was told they could make one in a couple of days. The next day I was contacted and told my gate was ready. Because of limited time I did not get to install it today but I held it up against the old gate and opening and it looks like a perfect fit. Thank you Star Fence.“
