This office has no regard for caring for new patients. I had a referral for a test and they refused to give me an appointment because they "wanted more information from my Dr." Instead of doing their job they put the responsibilityon me, which I did. Months later, when I called to ask why they have not set up an appointment. They pretend to not have the order anymore. As a patient that has been pushed around most my life and had to advocate for my health care. This has been extremely triggering. So, I have suffered needlessly for months and will have to travel further away to get treatment I need which is very difficult when the whole point of this office is pain and rehabilitation. Thanks for nothing. Office manager won't even answer the phone. Thanks for nothing
