Easy to access the building, and they're right by the front entrance. Excellent staff, and wait times are have never been longer than 5-10 minutes for me (and that's on a busy day). Further, their phlebotomists are fantastic and get my pokes the first time after the many years of needing consistent draws, they've never had to dig or restick me. Easy, quick, and supportive community of medical professionals. Thank you for serving the Brighton community, and beyond (from Burton, MI).

The last time I was in, they also had suicide prevention posters up for those who may be in distress, which I LOVE as someone from a psychology background. These posters included a link to online mental health resources and a phone number to either call or text in an emergency. This is something I'm... read full review
