Todd was very professional. Explained what he was looking for, what he found and the condition of the entire A/C system. I was very happy with his time and attention to every detail.
John was very polite. I was just quite surprised that he was there, being that I never scheduled an appointment for that day and time. It was dumb luck that I was there that day.
We’ve had a maintenance contract with Sun for over 30 years. They are responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Their phone reps are very helpful. After our fall maintenance visit Jaclyn found a problem. She contacted Sun to get us an estimate and they were able to send Bryan out that same afternoon. Problem fixed at reasonable price.
