I’ve worked with John for many years. He’s instantaneous with his responses to my texts or emails or telephone calls. His passion for real estate and that manner in which he advocates for his clients is second to none. If you want to sell your house or you’re looking to buy - John is the best of the best. My wife and kids love him too - in today’s world, personality matters. He’s down to earth and really makes you feel like your his only client!

John is an outstanding realtor. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I appreciated how he evaluated my home and made recommendations for repairs, etc to make my home look it’s best to go on the market. He recommended contractors who were available far sooner and with comparable prices to others I sought out. He is very knowledgeable of the market, hard working, and kept me appraised of how the showings were going on a regular basis. He was very responsive to all my needs and concerns. My house sold quickly and the entire process was made easy by John. I very highly recommend him and plan to use him for all future realtor services.

If you are a seller, my goal is to get the highest dollar possible, in the shortest amount of time along with the fewest problems possible. HOW I do that and WHAT is different about me? First I have my own contractors! Once we agree to work together, I send my contractors into your home at NO CHARGE for a general inspection BEFORE you go on the market! This is a procedure I call "Front Ending", eliminating buyer objections before they occur, (fewer problems). If upgrades or repairs are needed, you the seller, determine what issues are to be addressed. Then my contractor's repair/replace those issues at a price I guarantee you cannot get and a schedule that is close to immediate which NO ONE can offer you! Selling a home in today's market...
