We visited the Battlecreek store. The store itself is great. Lots of glasses to choose from. The employees are nice and helpful. Michelle and Lee helped us in the multiple times we visited trying to find glasses for my mom. They went out of their way to find the perfect pair. We truly appreciate it.
RX optical (my eye doctor) is the only store my teenager will go to. This store has all of the “it frames”. The staff and doctor is so knowledgeable and so helpful. Gina and Michelle was so patient with my undecidable teenager, while she tried on a several frames to pick out the perfect pair. I 100% recommend this location.
They'll always get you right!
I've got exceptional help from Lee, they get you in and out with no pushy antics. All in attendance are so welcoming, very much satisfied with my visits to this RxOptical.
