It was my first time coming to this location, as soon as I entered I was greeted nicely. Reception helped me fill out forms and she was very nice in explaining everything (since this was my 1st time) and massage was great. Very professional. Prices are also great. Will be going there a lot more
Was told therapist was running 10-15 min late, no big deal, but my appointment started a half hour late. The session began well but after about 10 minutes I noticed he was only using 1 hand to massage my shoulder and neck and continuously rubbed the bony part of my shoulder only, to the point it felt the skin was being rubbed raw(it wasn't but felt like it), I said something and he moved on. He literally spent the majority of my massage rubbing the same areas over and over but not working anything out. I was face down for all but the last 3 min so I obviously can't be positive, but I would bet money he was on his phone with 1 hand and massaging with the other.... read full review
My first time ever getting a massage. However massages are what I like to gift others so it was nice having a session myself. The receptionists was helpful & professional as well as the therapist. He did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend!
