The lock on our office door failed on a Friday, of course. I called the Pop-a-Lock office and a technician was sent out well before the end of the day.I was expecting an expensive replacement. Much to my surprise, he simply replaced an ill-fitting piece that a different locksmith put on when we moved in. Saved me a bunch of money and I didn't have to stay late on a Friday!
Caleb was friendly, punctual and informative. He explained everything well and let me know if I needed anything or had any questions/issues about my deadbolt and keypad lock, that I could reach out to Pop-A-Lock. He made me feel comfortable in that I could contact them if needed (although my service request was complete). He’s awesome and I would highly recommend him and the company to anyone and everyone needing any locksmith services! 5 stars! ⭐️
Chris was great!! He was very flexible and understanding when it came to setting up the time and day to meet. I am located in Jackson and he comes here one day per week. The service was quick and he explained what he did. Thanks Chris!!
