Had them install a furnace, AC, and hot water heater almost 3 years ago. Very affordable with no issues until yesterday when the condenser went out. Will update soon depending on how the service call goes! As a note, the address listed in Allen Park is not correct.
Yet another great experience from everyone at Affordable Comfort Heating and Cooling. From 1st contact with Sarah to Kyle coming out to diagnose the issue and ending with the installation by Frank, Randy and Randy #2; the most friendly, informative team I could ever imagine working with.
They are my HVAC team for life and I highly recommend using them when in need, they make it easy, "comfortable" and won't lead you wrong.
Thanks again to everyone. Coming from someone who runs a company himself, the owners here should be very proud of their team....I know I would be.
Excellent customer service! We called at 8am to have our AC unit looked at, they arrived 11am. It was fixed in less than an hour. The service man, Kyle was very professional and courteous.
