Lena was great to work with, and very personable, approachable, and attentive to our requests when looking for our camp in Maine. Her customer service was above and beyond, always making herself available to us, no matter the day or time. She was very knowledgeable in the area, and anything she couldn’t answer regarding our off grid property, she would find the answer and resources to help us in our final property decisions. I would definitely recommend Lena for future real estate transactions.
I just want to say the McPhail team had my property sold in 4 days and I received over asking price. There knowledge and professional process makes it breeze to be a client. They walk you through all processes and make sure you understand everything before you leave the office. I highly recommend there services and will use them in the future.

We employed probably 3-4 Maine realtors BEFORE finding Janine Hawkins. I knew immediately she as going aggressively list and eventually find the right buyer. Took a little time, but it did sell. Janine is VERY responsive via text / call and replied within minutes upon inquiry. We are 6-7 hours away so not able to visit the property often but Janine " showed " the priority to potential buyers w/o our presence. Perfect. As a licensed home inspector in RI, I know how challenging it can be to find a realtor that is as responsive and as professional. Would I recommend? Absolutely.. Thanks again Janine !
