I recently visited Kay-Z, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The salon was clean, well-organized, and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. I booked with Lele and she was amazing. The braiding process was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The quality of the braids was outstanding. They were neat, even, and securely done. I have received numerous compliments on my hair since getting it done. The braids have held up well, with minimal frizz or loosening even after a few. The pricing was reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service and the time spent on my hair. I felt that I received excellent value for my money. This is not an in and out shop! 3 women stood around chatting while my Braider worked on my daughter's hair. My Braider took a 30 minute break and constantly checked her cell phone. The style was done nicely but should not have taken this long.
The owner of the shop did my hair. She was very kind, sweet and had a wonderful personality and she was very welcoming. She did a outstanding job on my hair in a timely matter and she kept me laughing. ??????Service: Twist braids
