My children love going to the kids BJJ class. They are learning so much and continue to grow their skills. They both look forward to class!!

I trained in Kenpo with Mr Frederick for over ten years and everyday he impressed me more with his skill and understanding of Kenpo techniques and theory.
I have recently had the pleasure of training with Sensei Matt and it has been an incredible experience. His skill and technical knowledge are first class. He is a patient, knowledgeable, and skilled instructor who can do as well as teach. Great guy to learn from.
