“One of my two dogs ran through a hornets nets in the woods of Prince William Forest Park. By the time I got near my home in sold town, she was breaking out in hives. I called EMMAvet to see if they had some space. I’m not sure they really did…I’m thinking they just knew I was…my dog was…more than stressed.

They took her back in right away and treated her. Her allergic reaction was stopped in its tracks.

They reach out after surgery mean while other vets for got to reach out after a simple test. Only Con is the parking situation.“

We recently adopted a second cat & found out within a week of bringing her home, thanks to Dupont Vet, that she was dealing with an intestinal blockage. They scheduled her surgery within a day & the team was absolutely incredible--everybody in the office is so kind, helpful & supportive & they made us feel at ease during an otherwise stressful time. Surgery was successful & our cat is now home on the road to recovery! I cannot recommend this vet's office enough!“

“The care I received for my 16 yr old dog has always been outstanding. The vets and entire staff have always been professional and caring which included wellness care, surgeries, teeth cleaning and senior care (heart murmur and kidney disease). I recently had to euthanize my senior dog Pac. As usual they gave us their utmost care and patience. Someone came out to the car to carry Pac inside. We were greeted and a room was ready for us. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and explained the process. I'm thankful I chose PG Animal Hospital to handle the last moments with Pac. We were able to caress Pac and kiss him while he fell asleep peacefully. Thank you for always taking care of Pac. I would recommend PG Animal Hospital to anyone who needs a vet. “There is no other vet in DC I would trust to care for our dear, sweet, elderly basset house. We've gone to Union Vet Clinic for the last 7 years, since moving to DC. The entire staff is always so wonderful and Dr. Gross has been our trusted vet the entire time, but if ever Dr. Gross is out, we have always received wonderful care from the other Doctors on staff. I must say, sometimes it is very stressful coming in because of our dog's advanced age and not knowing what is wrong with her. But seeing the wonderful front desk staff at the clinic always makes it easier. Rebecca is always so helpful on the phone and Nesha is so sweet and always asks how our sweet girl is doing, even when I am just there solo to pick up medication. Bryce is so amazing and empathetic whenever we come in with an issue, I can tell he truly cares and he has also stayed late to help me pick up medicine. He constantly goes above and beyond to help us. And Christian the vet tech is always so tender with our sweet old girl! Union Vet Clinic is truly a family, they are incredibly skilled and compassionate and I'd recommend them to anyone he needs expert care for their furry best friends!“
