I've used this company for years for service and repairs. Responsive and they do their best to fit you in even on weekends and evenings when the issue is urgent. When the diagnosis is trivial they charge minimally and are always honest.

I had a great experience with BMC Clower - I found them after asking for recommendations on my neighborhood listserv. I moved into new house and wanted A/C and heating system checked out at the same time. The BMC technician went above and beyond getting access to my rooftop A/C unit. He also snapped some helpful pictures showing an issue with the installation of the A/C unit done by the previous owners. He also sealed a hole he found on the boiler's exhaust vent. I also appreciated the invoice detailed the work done and the issues found or addressed. Price was very reasonable and customer service was excellent.

I switched last year from Argent to BMC Clower. Wow what a huge improvement. BMC Clower has been very quick and responsive in emergencies. They have had the necessary replacement parts on hand in the truck or back in the office. That was not the case with Argent. I never knew service could be this good.
