I have been going to Roxi for about 25 years. Ever since I was 15 and she always delivers the best haircut and color ever! I can confidently say she is one of the best stylists in the DMV. She is so skilled and talented. She’s like a sister to me after all of these years and I just love her. I always get so many compliments on my hair because of her and she can do anything from short hair, shoulder length, or long. I’ve had it all and she’s the greatest!Services: Blowdry
