Funeral homes are probably one of the last places you think about writing a review. Sadly, here we are. My family has used Pumphreys before for my paternal grandparents and extended family members. So, when my maternal grandmother recently passed, they were the ones I reached out to. It was late at night and the answering service took my message. The funeral director on call that night called me back right away and expressed her condolences. Shelby helped me sort out the initial steps that night and made the arrangements to have my grandmother picked up from the nursing home. In a time of sorrow, you don't want to be taken advantage of. This particular Funeral Home handled my husband's funeral services in a very beautiful and caring way. I especially appreciated the interaction I had with Eric. Very professional and considerate staff.
