The massage by Maggie was excellent. Deep and hard. She doesn’t understand much English but I managed to convey what I needed to. One thing I don’t like about this place is that it doesn’t do much in terms of creating a nice relaxing ambience. During my massage, I could hear other staff outside the room speaking loudly …sounded like they were trying to resolve an issue. Not sure since they were speaking in another language. I think if you want to come just to get your knots out, it’s great. But if you want to go for a relaxing spa massage, then this is not the place for it. Some relaxing music might help.

I really needed some help with my neck, back and calves after a lot of traveling and work on my feet for many hours. This location was close to the Marriott and they were able to accommodate a last minute appointment. The therapist was kind, professional and the price was great. I would definitely visit again if I have the opportunity.

I am surprised at the amount of bad reviews. I’ve been going to Massage Springs for 8 years now and I cannot recommend it enough. I have gone in pain on my upper back with deep knots and I have ALWAYS left pain free and relaxed. They have applied hot stones when needed, they certainly know their jobs. I have had different massage therapists along the 8 years and while all have been really good, Mr. Chu is the best!!!Regarding the customer service, everyone is very nice and courteous. However, please bear in mind that English is their second language and it may come across differently. Hope this helps someone. Don’t miss out.
