My AC stopped working at the beginning of May. Due to COVID, I wasn't able to get it repaired as soon as I would have liked and the prices some of the bigger companies were charging was borderline ridiculous. I was referred to this company from my SIL and I'm glad she told us about them. I contacted them and they told we set up the appointment. Dave (our technician) was very prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the problem (a small leak in the refrigerant line) and quickly made the necessary repairs. He was in and out in about an hour. It didn't cost me an arm, leg and my first born either. 10/10. HIGHLY recommended.Services: A/C system maintenance
I called Foundation Heating and Air with an HVAC issue and they came the same day. They resolved the issue quickly and for a reasonable cost. They were also very respectful and considerate of COVID-19 precautions. We will definitely call them again in the future for any HVAC needs!
Service was professional and efficient. Technicians are highly knowledgeable, accurate in diagnosing and very good in completing the job in good time. They were honest and did not rip us off but gave options that was suitable for our budget. I've referred this company to my colleagues. Nice to see a company place customer service as priority.
