Karen is an excellent aesthetician. She has many years of experience and brings great expertise to her clients. She uses only Dermalogica products, which are excellent. Her shop is in an unexpected location, but this means there's no noisy foot traffic, cars honking, or people talking loudly during your facial. Nice and quiet! If you are looking for an excellent facial administered by a real too and at a reasonable price, you need to make an appointment with Karen. I went to Karen for years -- early 20s to late 30s!!! I followed her to 3 different shops! The only reason I would ever leave her business is because we moved very far away. Karen is so professional, personable, and truly loves skin care and making clients look and feel their best. My eyebrows always looked amazing with Karen. She's truly a brow expert. Her deep cleansing facials will leave you relaxed and your face clean and hydrated. She's an expert in ALL skin types and she really stays on top of her continuing education. I highly recommend Karen as a skin care professional. You won't regret it!

Honestly, I would give Face by KC 10 stars if I could. I believe Karen's level of experience, combined with her commitment to continuing education, allows her to serve each client in the best possible way. I have been a fan of Dermalogica products since Karen introduced me to them years ago. As my skin has changed over the years, Dermalogica's comprehensive line of products and Karen's expertise have kept my skin healthy and radiant. Gentle, thorough brow and lip waxing are great for my somewhat sensitive skin. Her technique partnered with the serene atmosphere of the facility makes for an amazing, relaxing experience for the mind as well as the skin.
