Went for my husband and my 10 year anniversary. The couples massages were amazing but the amenities (sauna, hot tub, steam room) are all separated by gender. There is only one shared space and it’s a lounge that is open to the hallway, which got noisy at times. I loved the complimentary mimosa we received. I would recommend the facility clean their hot tub (see pics of tub scum and dirt) more frequently and monitor the noise of guests in the hot tub (there were ladies in there singing at their top of their lungs while I was relaxing in the sauna).
From beginning to end everything was beyond superb! Riley booked our appointments and has exceptional customer service. Blondell is beyond aaahhmazzing!!! When I come back to the DMV area, I will definitely come back to the MGM Spa. Oh! The shower is AHMAZING too! Wish I could give 10 stars!!!
I had a massage from Brittany and it was undoubtedly the best experience I've had with a massage therapist. I have a very specific condition and when I explained it to Brittany she immediately understood my needs and delivered on everything. From my initial greeting to the end of my massage, Brittany was so warm and friendly. She was attentive to detail, asking if her touch was the right amount of pressure and making sure I was comfortable throughout. Brittany did a really deep massage into my tissues, and a lot of tension released in my lower back. Brittany is very skillful and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend her. Great attitude and attention to detail.
