This experience was by far the BEST I've ever experienced in my history of getting a mani and pedi done. The atmosphere was great and the staff were very pleasant. My technician Ken took me right in as a walk In with no issues. The timing of my whole visit was amazing you're in, you're out. I will be a returning customer thanks to Ken who was a absolute vibe to render my services with the upmost respect and amazing customer service. I pray that this experience will be everlasting. I rarely get a manicure and pedicure (maybe 4 times in the last 2 years). I don't have the time. No place has made me want to try them twice. However, I will be back to 9V. This is a cute & clean salon.
The cuticle trim was what I needed. No knicks & the massages were great. Ankles feel good. The staff I encountered were very courteous. Linn was my tech and she took good care of me.
Oh, and, my polish isn't uneven or all over my skin. The techs all seem to work quickly but I didn't feel rush. I walked in about 3pm before, rush hour.

Perry Hall Shopping Center: Pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, I had an appointment; so, no wait time. My technician was Lynn. She went straight to work without a lot of chit-chat. I received full service and was very pleased with my results. Thank you!
