Very kind doctors and technicians. One of the only vets I’ve been to in my 25 years of pet ownership that didn’t didn’t try to guilt trip me for not being able to afford something. They said I could always come back for it later and that there would be no exam fee for tech appointments. It was nice to be around medical professionals who didn’t act like I was beneath them and didn’t judge me for needing to wait for my next paycheck.
Dr Ali is an amazing vet! He introduced himself so genuinely and was very attentive to my dog Panda. He was kind and took the time to understand what was wrong with Panda. He was honest in trying the preventative care to assist my dog with her torn ligament instead of going straight into surgery with a high amount of cost. He offered great feedback and I never felt rushed. I truly appreciate him and will only come back to see him. I had a previous interaction with the other male vet that was not pleasant, but with Dr.Ali you are in great hands with expertise and professionalism. Thank you Dr.Ali!
I highly recommend this practice for their exceptional care and state of the art equipment. The facility is modern and well maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere for my pets.
