Greg was super busy with appointments on the day that I called but came by to see what he could do. He saw that it was a minor fix and he completed it. I thank him for getting me on task again. 5 plus stars. How you treat people matters!!

I called to request service for my ice maker, which stopped producing ice about a week ago. I was able to get an appointment for two days later. The service tech arrived timely, serviced my ice maker, and explained the services he performed. My ice maker is now working, but I was advised that in the event it was not fixed and I needed a new ice maket, the payment for today's service call would apply to the new costs, which was a plus.
