I really like this place and the service I received. The only reason it’s not five stars is because there is a member of their staff that totally ruins the spa experience with her loud talking and noisy behavior. People go there to relax in silence and she is missing the point entirely. I was getting my facial and up to that point it was amazing. Then she arrived and I could hear her through the walls as if she was right next to me. She was banging doors closed and just wouldn’t stop talking. It was horrible. Management please lock her in to improve the “spa” experience.
This is my second time here at hands of gold spa in la playa MD with renea and it was absolutely perfect I recommend anyone looking for a relaxing time and renea is a great conversationilst
Scheduled for Valentine’s Day and they do not disappoint. Wife and I are very impressed with price, skill, professionalism, and most important cleanliness of the establishment. Highly recommended.
