Dr Sim has been our family physician over 30 years. He is very professional and pleasant to speak to with my medical needs. He is an asset to the community of Havre De Grace , Maryland. I have been a patient of Dr. Sim for years. He has a pleasant bedside manner, is personable and is attentive. Some of the previous front office staff used to be rude, namely Caroline. The new staff seem friendly and helpful. I used to wait days for prescriptions to be sent to the pharmacy, if sent at all, with Tracey. Charone is WAY more efficient and professional. She gets back to me same day, often within the hour! A few years ago I actually stopped going to this practice briefly due to not liking the interactions with the front office staff. I see Dr. Sim. He is very personable and to the point. I have never experienced any rudeness as others have stated here. The staff has always been polite and very helpful. Even going as far to look up what facilities my insurance approves before writing a referral. The only reason I have given a 4 and not a five is because 80% of the time the wait goes far beyond my scheduled appointments and occasionally I feel a little rushed when they are really busy. Otherwise, I feel comfortable seeing my doctor here and would recommend their services.
