Vik provided exceptional service during the recent installation of our new air conditioning system and return duct system. His expertise, professionalism, and dedication were exceptional. His kindness, courtesy, and honesty made the entire process stress-free. He literally spent almost 13 hours in total to guarantee the job was done in a single day.
His explanation regarding the importance of a return duct system for proper air conditioning function was incredibly helpful and informative. His attention to detail, including the fabrication of a custom return duct system that accommodated our existing filters, was a testament to his skill and expertise.

Vick was absolutely great to work with. He was fast to respond to my initial inquiry and he was able to squeeze me in for an appointment right away. We had him over for our annual HVAC inspection, and I really appreciate how he took time to explain everything he was checking and how are systems work. Great experience all around.
Vik was great. Our AC broke at the beginning of the Summer right before our long trip. We had very little time to get quotes and get the HVAC replaced. We got several quotes and decided to go with VIK because of pricing and personalized service. As he says, he is a technician not a salesman, and that shows in how he approaches his work. Before our AC collapsed, he had been the only service that was willing to provide an old coolant. In could tell he was trying to be helpful. But before we could fix it, the AC broke completely. Vik was able to do the work and in a timely manner and we were very satisfied and happy to have out HVAC fixed before our Summer trip.
