Terrible, terrible service, no any responses from towing company. ETA 60-90 minutes to pickup my car but after waited for 2 hours no one arrived. Avoid using this company at any cost!!!!! If I could I would leave zero star for the service!!!!!!

Modern day scammers, they are hungry for money and take advantage of any situation even when you are not at fault, the clerk in the front (latino lady) is the rudest person, I am latino myself but I would never claim her, If they get your car (as they have done with mine) you will have to pay even if you have a great argument on why they shouldn't have taken your car, shady business like this should not exist, the way they "work" is pitiful and shouldn't even be legal.

This company is predatory and should be shut down. They're in the business of stealing people's money, keeping horrible and inaccurate records, and being just plain wretched.
