Great customer service. I made an appointment and didn’t have a long wait before starting my nails. The gentleman who did my nails was very detail oriented and professional. He paid attention to my request and did an amazing job with my gel nails.Tasha also did an amazing job on my eyebrows, she was friendly and welcoming.I will definitely be returning for future services.Thank you for a very pleasant experience & Happy New Year to you and your Families!

This review is long over due!! I began seeing Tasha a few years ago when she was working at another salon and followed her to Gem Nails1 when she took over the shop as the new owner.She is the only one I trust for dip/sns manicure, and I go about 2x/month for that and pedicures. Tasha is detail oriented, always takes her time, and has great customer service. I've also had a few of her other staff members do my pedicures and they've all done a great job.I love the services here so much that I've brought my family members to get manis/pedis here as well. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a clean, professional, and relaxing experience.

I LOVE this place. There are 3 nail salons within walking distance from me. I have tried all of them and Gem Nails 1 continues to be the best! Cindy is my favorite. She’s a perfectionist, which I very much appreciate. The owner is very accommodating and professional.
