This team of professionals exceeded my expectations in helping my teen daughter. She smashed her thumb in car door and it was pretty ugly and very painful. Dr Bilcha, Dr Trunell, Cara and Andrea worked amazing. Had to give a nerve block to remove nail. Encouraging, cheering and prime care. Gentle, kind, caring!! It happened late Aug. We were trying to let it fall off naturally, but mid Nov, it was stilll hanging on. We were informed it could've gotten infected. Thank you all! Daughter actually danced when we got out of the office and walked down the hall. So happy to see her new thumbnail under all that old gook. Five stars!
Dr. Bilcha always answers my questions in detail with no rush! He also makes me feel confident when starting new treatments. The front desk staff and Ashley (MA) are also very friendly and helpful.
First time seeing a dermatologist, was referred by my regular physician to have some moles checked out. The staff was extremely friendly, and did an excellent job in explaining what they were doing and why.
