They modify exercises if you have medical issues and offer a freeze on your account. They offer many different classes for all people; though higher level classes are fewer. Additionally, morning classes fill fast and cannot be reserved more than one month in advance if the subscription is less than unlimited (Tier 3). Overall, a great experience for beginners or intermediates.“
