Amazing! I called on a Monday for a kitchen sink disposal, and was told they could be there Tuesday. I thought there might be a mistake and asked if that was a rush charge which I didn’t need. They said no. They said they could do it in one hour. The next day they came out, changed out my garbage disposal, and left in one hour. The price was $100 less than I’d been quoted at Lowe’s, and I didn’t have to wait two days to be contacted or go through scheduling.
Waltz Plumbing is reliable, prices in line, if not more reasonable that most plumbers/HVAC companies, and always do quality work. For 2 years they have provided service to our HVAC unit. We’ve replaced our SUMP pump - called and they were here within 24 hours. Now we replaced water heater with Gas Tankless system. They coordinated with Washington Gas for new gas meter, county inspection, and did quality work over several days. The plumbers - Steve, Jeff & Jason - were exceptional to work with, as noted Waltz always shows up on time or calls to say they are running late (needed to get supplies), kept me informed of what they were doing, and cleaned up each day leaving... read full review
Great experience. We had a concerning mystery smell coming from our basement. Jeff (LJ) came by - on Easter Sunday - and did a thorough inspection of our system and found it to be in good working condition. He didn't quit though and he eventually helped us uncover the source from smoldering electrical wires in a junction box for the hot tub that came with our house. It was so kind of him to help us locate the source despite the fact that it didn't end up being his related to his area of expertise. We were able to shut down the breakers in question and rest easy that night until an electrician came the next day to fix. Thank you so much, Jeff!!
