I contacted JJ Gloss to help me update the kitchen on the house I just moved out of. After I listed it for sale, I got feedback during the showings that they loved the house but the kitchen was outdated so no one was making an offer. Herb was able to create a package of appliances that work well together and offered delivery in only a few days. Elijah and Austin arrived early and got the old appliances out and the new appliances installed, in record time. I had a showing just afterwards. Everything was great. Excellent to work with! Herb knew what we needed and did a great job of explaining the right appliance. Delivery guys are courteous and knowledgeable. There was a ding in a drawer of the dryer upon delivery. Herb jumped on it and ordered us a new one. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
