“I’ve been going to Javan for about a year and have seen a marked change in my skin. I’ve struggled with adult acne throughout my 20s and first couple years of my 30s. “I’ve been talking this place up all over Reddit and to all my friends, so my review here is overdue! Ashley is phenomenal. I could go on forever, but I’ll try to hit the high points.

First off, the work she’s been doing with my masseters has changed my life. I’ve done years of physical therapy, muscle relaxers, sports massages, chiropractors, pain specialists, all of it. And I resisted getting neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, etc.) because they’re expensive. But one day I looked at how much I spent in a year on all these things and compared that to what it costs to maintain these muscles at Aiyana. In order to not scare you, let me just say that these injectables are WAY more affordable than all the other things I did. And they help with problems I didn’t think I had an option of fixing!! I was very close to breaking all my molars before I started these treatments - not anymore. I sleep better. My ears aren’t ringing randomly for no reason. I’m able to relax at work more (and that’s saying something). The only regret I have about these injectables is that I didn’t start sooner. Truthfully, that’s it.

I didn’t take this decision to start lightly because once you start, it’s something you need to be able to maintain. My hairstylist recommended Ashley, so a long time ago I started following her on Instagram and checking out the work she was doing and what kind of business she was running. There are lots of injectors to choose from in the general DMV, so when I decided I wanted to get some injectables in 2019, I started looking around at the options. (Spoiler alert, I ended up with Ashley at Aiyana!) Way back then, I started to get a feel for the kind of work she does and the kind of things she cares about. It took years of Instagram posts and stories and Reddit digging on places in other areas of the world. And this is where I was sold on Ashley.

I’ve seen a lot of injectors say things like, “your injector has to be honest with you,” and blah blah blah, but a lot of the injectors in the DMV aren’t producing results that align with my expectation of the outcome of that vision. Ashley is REALISTIC. But don’t take it from me - look at the work she’s done. She’s maximizing on all her clients’ existing beauty, which is exactly what the best injectors do. Other injectors in the area sometimes leave people looking older, puffier, more “done up,” etc. Ashley doesn’t work that way. Don’t get me wrong, she wants her clients to be happy, but she is so careful with talking you out of something she thinks you might not love the results of. (A lot of MDs could take some notes from her bedside manner, just saying.)

Another thing - my makeup looks better and I feel more comfortable all around because I’ve been getting hyperhidrosis treatments for my face too. I can’t tell you how lovely it is to be sweating in the summer without chugging my own sweat.

I’ll need to update this review - not because I’m writing this prematurely (I’ve been seeing her for 3 years now!!) - but because she is so thoroughly amazing that I can’t put it all together at once. And she remembers so much about me even though I’m there every few months.

In short, Aiyana Atelier is the real deal. Ashley is a gem who I can say has genuinely improved my life. I am SO grateful to have found her (and all my friends who have gone would say the same thing!!)

P.S. if you’ve made it this far, the only person planning things more in advance than Ashley is Taylor Swift. Ashley runs awesome deals a few times a year, and she plans them years in advance too. :)“
