Every employee we dealt with from top to bottom was pleasant and easy to work with. So refreshing to have a dealer not trying to take advantage of the lack of inventory to charge us thousands of dollars over the MSRP like other dealers in the area. It will be remembered and we are already telling anybody who will listen to please ask for Kip McConnell or Mr. Raley and be treated like a valued customer and not an opportunity to gouge somebody. Robbie was an excellent salesman with a great attitude and patience. He walked us through the options on the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable on the options with different models and helped us make the decision to buy. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
Our experience was amazing from arriving at the dealership for the initial test drive to the document closing. Aaron approached my husband and I to offer assistance and never pressured us to buy anything but offered any help that he could as far describing the differences between the RST VS. Z71 models. We had been undecided which model to go with until we got to the dealership. So his help was greatly appreciated. Our experience continued with the rest of the staff at Lexington Park motors with the sales manager, customer service and financial department. But Aaron was the initial impression and we pursued our purchase because of him.
