Let me start with treating people well. He arrived 10 minutes late and the first thing he did was apologize. There was no need for that. Traffic is unpredictable and 10 minutes is not even worth a discussion. Still it set the tone right away. This guy is all about customer service! He asked me to walk him through the house and show him what was to be done. He was able to get some pets stains out that was sure were there to stay. They took great care maneuvering the hoses around the house so they didn't damage the walls. I really can't say enough good things about Spot Doc. The price was fair. I will definitely use them again!
My German Shepard had a BIG!! accident and it was everywhere! I called immediately having never done any business with Aaron before I explained my dilemma. Aaron showed up in 30 minutes and went to work even cleaned the back seat in my wife's car that had gotten badly stained. Thank you spot doctor!
