The apartment is pretty old but that's ok as the rent is relatively low. The water pipeline is not well-maintained and the tap water is often brown and rusty. Another issue is that there're plenty of cockroaches, literally everywhere. I lived there for one year and two months and I finally gave up the bug-killing campaign and moved out. It has been almost half a year since then and I still have not received my security deposit refund though I wrote several demand letters. Though the security deposit is not big money, I just hate the feeling of be offended for no reason.

The cleanliness of common areas in the blocks looks careless. As a resident of this apartment building, I was provided a stove that was deemed a safety hazard by Baltimore Gas and Electric. The stove cannot be used to cook or prepare any meals without posing a health threat. I attempted to get in contact with the leasing office for five days in a row, being met only with answering service that can guarantee no response from the main office. I don't know how much longer the leasing office intends on ignoring my messages, or when they plan on contacting me back about the issue.Management has shown no empathy or understanding of the additional costs I’m having to endure as result of a lack of a functioning stove.Customer service...read full review
