I have been a Coastal Heating and Air Conditioning customer for over 25 years for home and my business. New equipment installations are first rate and service calls response are courteous, prompt and effective.
My AC went out one evening, so I called Coastal the next day. They were able to send technicians out that morning and promptly got my system back up and running. Their charge was reasonable and the service was excellent. I would definitely use them again in the future!
I have used Coastal HVAC for the last 15 years and always received courteous and efficient service. Recently moved and contracted with Coastal to service my HVAC unit via their Silver Residential Preferred Service Policy. The tech, Brian, showed up on time was very thorough, professional and took the extra time to walk me through my system. I could not be more pleased.
