Like so many others, Jeld-Wen hasn’t just fallen short on their warranty but fallen flat on their face. A complaint about water entry at our front door began at about 7 years, and the 10-year makes just passed with zero attempt to diagnose or repair the problem. There have been a minimum of three contacts regarding it.
Their warranty representative this time, Dimpi, rejected the warranty claim based on a picture that in no way could identify a source of a leak. She was wretched at returning calls and emails, often requiring 3-4 contacts in a 2 or 3-week span before getting back to me. Condescending and patronizing are how I would describe interactions.

Honestly, after working here for 4 years, this company can go to hell. Nothing but a bunch of gossipers and racists. Horrible company to work for. They have a union, but it's for all the old people that bend over for the company. Young people beware.

Employee : . High turn over rates as managers & employees due to mandatory over times and impossible targets. And because of this quality , and leadership suffer.Customer: long delays either back order or no CSR , quality has slid to an almost unacceptable standard and constantly blaming installation for any flaw .
