Clancy, Jake and the rest of the team at PVFP are really great. They helped us make all of the choices we needed to select which pool and features we wanted, and installed our pool with professionalism and expertise. We chose our pool in late August, install started November 6, and we were able to swim on May 6. Our pool is awesome - we absolutely love it.
Before finalizing our decision, we drove out to the PVFP office to look at the multiple pools they have installed on site - that really helped us make our decision about size, color, features, etc.

I had an emergency during the weekend when my pool pump stopped working. Despite the fact that they do not work over the weekend, Clancy (the head of the company) came himself and quickly fixed the problem. Excellent client service!
My heat pump crapped out 2 days before my kids' birthday pool party. Calling around to 5 authorized servicers, Pioneer Valley was the only one that answered the call. Clancy went above and beyond for me in my time of need, staying late and helping track down the right part and get it into my hands in less than 24 hours, something I didn’t believe was even possible. I now have some hope I'll have a heater for the party. You just don't expect to find service like this anymore.
