I absolutely love it here! I was looking to try hot yoga and I came across this place online. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed, the class sizes are perfect, and the instructor Leighann was amazing. I'll never go anywhere else!
I joined Transform in Jan 2022 looking to get back into a group fitness atmosphere. What I found was wonderful accepting community and a deeper knowledge and appreciation for yoga. Amy and all the staff here are very thoughtful, supportive and there truly is something for everyone. I highly recommend to anyone looking to explore yoga for the first time, deepen their practice, or check out a new studio!
I know Amy as a fellow Yoga Practitioner. When time opens up for me, I choose to travel to Transform Yoga which is 45 minutes away because I feel Amy Bourque is a gem...both as a person and a yoga instructor. She is very committed to learning and continuing to grow as a teacher and leader. Her students are fortunate to have someone so dedicated to bringing the best of what Yoga has to offer. I have attended the Sound Healing sessions there as well and loved Denise Lajeunesse's sound baths. I have also collaborated at Transform Yoga offering trainings in Qigong Infused Yoga.
