I was extremely happy with Joyce and our overall experience selling my mother's home. She was very communicative, responsive and had a strong knowledge of the local market. We were flying in from out of state to pack up my mother's home. She was very flexible working around our time and logistical constraints to list and sell this home. The marketing and pictures of the home were very professional. The home was priced to sell and Joyce negotiated a sale that was 15K higher than asking.
