Eric Reeder is wonderful! He is friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable! My daughter is picky and she has her own ideas of frames, lens, colors, etc, but he is so kind and patient with us! Erik also had a great understanding about custom service. The team cares about making each customer feel great about their selection/choices. We loved our experience with Eric. Highly recommended!

Went today to get my 2 year old his first pair of glasses! The customer service was amazing!!! The lovely woman we worked with was awesome and totally understands children. She explained everything I needed to know in an easy to understand way, was so sweet with my two year old, and made the whole visit so quick and easy! She gave us a great discount and gave both of my boys a book about getting new glasses (my 5 year old doesn't need glasses but she gave him a book too which headed off a jealousy meltdown - amazing!). Overall a wonderful experience - would highly recommend!
