On the eve of closing on selling our home, the AC stopped working. Called Total Temperature Control on the day of closing, in the late afternoon and they were able to accommodate us. Hannan heard me out and was so kind when I needed it most. Not only that, she immediately let me know the parts was under warranty and I didn't have to do anything at all for the covered part. It was in stock and our AC was fixed the next day. We were only delayed one day on closing on our home and didn't have to re-do any of our contracts. My condo A/C unit broke in the middle of a heat wave and these guys were able to fix it quickly with very professional service and a very reasonable price. John (JA) did a great job and was very friendly. Highly recommended.
