DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Hired to put in AC, which they did. However, it immediately leaked as a result of incorrect installation. During that time, they also rewired a portion of the air handler and blew the circuit on a board, which completely took out the heat. When I asked them to come back and take a look, they said nothing was their fault. After having another individual come look at it (at a cost, which I was not reimbursed), it was completely obvious it was their fault. The owner is not supportive, they have poor communication skills, and I would NEVER RECOMEND THIS COMPANY.
Had hired him to put in a thermostat on a recommendation of a tenant of mine He came and did the install Didn't ask what type of thermostat I had wanted and was there for an hour and charge me for 2 hours I tried to reach him He didn't want to change the thermostat and said he would call me back He hasn't called me back and I haven't been able to reach him I wouldn't do business with him again as he isn't an honest business man
These guys were great. Quick response time for an appt. The issue came back 3 days later and they sent someone right over. It was an AC issue so we definitely appreciated the quick response.
