“I put in a call to Frank O'reilly and he returned my call later that day. I told him what I thought the problem was - faulty circuit breaker - and he asked me to text him some photos of the circuit breaker and the outlet it was for. He had me do a few other minor tasks as he tried to assess what the problem was. He said he would come out the next morning and he did. He was able to quickly assess what the real problem was - an old outlet box - and he was able to fix it in a short time. He was also a very friendly person and was enjoyable to talk with while he solved the problem. I am happy to now have a reliable electrician I can call when I have electrical problems that need a professional. I give Frank O'reilly my highest recommendation.“

“We were referred to Dave when our electrician couldn’t make it out after a big storm took out a tree and pulled down our utility pole. After 4 days without power eversource put a new pole in but only ran electric from the road to our pole. They could do the last leg to our house, which goes underground from pole. Dave and his crew were here within a couple hours after I called. Since I was on a business trip, they helped out my wife and communicated everything very clearly. She raved about how nice they were! The task was to re-run the underground wires from our home to the utility pole, and rebuild the wire conduits up the pole. Excellent, timely work.“

We called a few places and most said they’d have to charge us just to come out and assess the situation. Richie on the other hand said he’d be here within 30 min and would give us a free quote. He was prompt, told us the total cost right away, and fixed the whole issue which involved cutting into our wall and replacing a damaged wire, plus replacing the breaker, all within 2 hours. “Wow! JDO saved the day. I had some very tough electrical issues going on in a house that I was rehabbing. I needed to get them wrapped up quickly because the job would have stalled otherwise.
