My husband and I could not be more pleased and grateful for the outstanding service and work by JPC Excavation and Service. From start to finish, Jake Pettes and his team not only did an excellent job in a timely manner and at a great price, but Jake went out of his way to ensure the job we needed to be completed under a tight timetable was done with no worries on our end whatsoever. I ran into an issue pretty late in the evening on a Wednesday. I asked around and got a few recommendations to call JPC. Reached out to JPC and showed up early the next morning. JPC came out to fix a problem with our septic pump. American Sewerage called them for me around 5pm and Ben was here at 7:30am with the problem fixed by 9am. Explained the issue clearly and was super easy to deal with. Will 100% use them if we have any future issues and highly recommend both companies!
