The receptionist, the medical assistant, and the physician were all excellent at their work. The physician answered questions and kept me aware of what she was doing and why. She was quick, deft, and professional.
Dr West is the best doctor I've ever known. She is kind and compassionate and thorough. She takes the time to listen and to answer questions and clearly cares for her patients. I wish every doctor was as competent, caring, and capable as she is.
Madeleine T. Maguire, FNP-BC is very professional, thorough and patient with elder patients such as myself. One of the sites is conveniently located in Northampton. The support; administrative and Medical Assistants are very helpful. There is plenty of accessible parking as well.
