Harvey attended the K9 Day Camp program to get to know the staff before attempting overnight boarding. The entire staff took their time with Harvey, going at his pace and earning his trust. “Maribeth, owner and dog trainer at Wagging Tail Academy, came highly recommended to me and I am eternally grateful for having found her. She is the most down to earth, kind, and caring person you will ever meet.She is the dog whisperer -- she truly understands each dog's behaviors, personalities, thought processes, and feelings. She is hyper aware of their sensitivities and reservations, and always finds a way to creatively tailor her lessons to what is best for each dog. She is a goldmine of information; I use what she has taught me in my day-to-day interactions with my dog, and it has really strengthened our bond. Plus, she's always willing to answer my questions, and I ask a LOT of questions!Most importantly to me -- she is the only dog trainer in New Hampshire that I have found (and I did a lot of research before landing on her) that *actually* uses *positive* reinforcement and *kind* training methods. She does not use any fear or punishment-based methods (e.g. pinch/prong or shock collars), and what she teaches actually makes sense and does work, the key is *consistency*.I have an extremely sweet and social pup who is too smart for her own good, and as a result can be very stubborn, but she is not aggressive at all and would never hurt anyone. When another training facility in the area suggested a pinch collar, due to my pup's "lack of respect," I was extremely uncomfortable. This method felt outdated and inappropriate for my pup. Shortly afterwards Maribeth was recommended to me, and I'm so glad I listened to my gut and took my pup to Wagging Tail Academy.I will continue to shout Maribeth's name and Wagging Tail Academy from the rooftops. They offer private lessons and group classes, and what you learn will be useful for your entire lifetime if you have or are around dogs. “My pup Paisley had gone to Zoomies for years! She loved going and as we pulled closer to the parking lot she would be so excited and could hardly wait to get out of the car! Ali was so wonderful!! she would update me on all the fun things Paisley did through out the day and any new friends she may have made. I would be able to see videos and photos as well. We’ve recently moved away and having a trusted daycare and boarding facility is one thing we really miss! ❤️“

“I have nothing but appreciation and trust in this place. I can not tell you how many times the veterinarian has took us in last minute and made sure we get our babies treatment ! One of my cats is very territorial and doesn’t like strangers at all so when I come here I know it’s going to be a show haha but Dr. Mian is always to the rescue even with her craziness. I genuinely do feel safe and comfortable when I come here. I get nothing but great treatment from Sherri, who can sure calm you down and make you laugh haha and Dr. Mian, who says it like it is and doesn’t sugar coat things, which I do appreciate! As far as prices go, I don’t find it to expensive. Honestly depends on what you have to get done. I can’t and won’t compare to other places because I have never been anywhere else !

“If you're looking for a vet that is honest, and treats your animals like they're their own, Lowell Rd Vet is it. Lord Boba is my actual child, and I only wanted the best care. I did extensive research on the vets in the area before I moved here and this was the one that I landed on. From reception, to the techs, to the Drs - everyone is amazing. They remember us, and love on my little guy. And it's not just because he's a puppy, I've seen them love all over a golden senior before too! They answer all my insane questions, and always answer their phone line and emails. Lord Boba gets PUMPED when we pull into the parking lot because he knows he's seeing all his friends. He's not scared of anyone here, and runs to see them with his little booty wiggling away. Our first vet tech was Isaac. He is so gentle and nurturing and made a lasting impression for myself, and obviously Lord Boba as well. Our Dr is Dr Stroganoff. She is SO sweet, loving and patient with my wild little man. Always takes the time and answers any of my questions. She's also popped her head in to say hi to us even on just a tech visit! Courtney has been our tech multiple times and is SO fun and exciting for Boba. She's amazing at her job and you know she's passionate about animals and their well-being. She's a wealth of knowledge and Lowell Rd is incredibly lucky to have her on the team. Brooke has actually never been our tech, but has checked us in almost every time and always is the one to answer the phone on my crazy questions. She's never made me feel silly about asking anything. From "can Boba eat ____??" To "should I bring more poop for testing to you guys!?". There are definitely others that we have interacted with and are also amazing- but these repeat faces for us needed a shout out. We are so excited to continue our vet care here for Lord Boba and soon my 5 year old kitty Zina. Thank you all for being such an amazing team and making me feel at total ease. I've never owned a dog that was excited to go to the vet - and this is Bobas favorite place to be.“

“I love bringing my Dachshund puppy to doggy daycare. Every time she comes she is always soooo happy to be there. The girls who take care of her are consistent and my pup absolutely loves them as well. She has separation anxiety usually but when it comes to going to doggy daycare she does not.“
