“The Computer Mom was able to quickly and correctly diagnose the cause of slow loading of webpages on our Windows 10 PC, a failed network card. She recommended an easy fix: plug in a USB ethernet adapter. Fast page loading now without having to install a new internal network adapter card. This computer had previously been to the local shop where I had purchased the PC and they did not find his problem! Hooray for the Computer Mom! I would trust her with any computer or network issue.“

“I am giving 5 stars because service is overall excellent and communication is clear and rapid but I would like to make some suggestions to Paul.
Before going into that, I will say that my experience with Paul was very pleasant, he is positive and knowledgable and kept me in the loop with all significant developments happening with my repair. He was even kind enough to deliver the computer to my house after service was completed.
Now, one of the things that I neglected to do was ask about getting a quote. I didn't inquire about his $/hour and so I was a bit surprised to see that the service alone was $350, which is a fair price for a professional job done. However, there are also the numerous parts needed for the job which added an additional $280. Again, all mostly within reason, although the price of some components did fluctuate higher than was quoted during the updates.
I simply suggest that Paul emails/texts an itemized bill of services. When he was showing my bill he just entered numbers on a calculator while verbally explaining what each number was, which truthfully, I have already forgotten what some of the things I paid were for. I would say this is the only unprofessional part of an overall very well run service.“
“Grant is terrific--he has fixed my laptop several time recently, including retrieving a lost contacts file and diagnosing a problem (slow computer) that required removing and then replacing all the software. I cannot understand critical reviews. He has always been friendly, incredibly responsive (same day--"bring it in"), and efficient. He is also mindful of costs/time and does not do work that is not necessary. For example, when my computer did not turn on, I called Grant and he told me about a 30 second fix that worked without my having to bring the laptop in. It is a great source of comfort to know that Grant is available to deal with the inevitable laptop problems in a manner that is friendly, timely and cost-effective. I recommend him enthusiastically.“

“Great service, reasonable pricing - strongly recommend! My iphone died so I took it to the Apple store. They suspected water damage and advised they could not restore the phone. I had already determined data wasn't being backed up to the cloud (an oversight on my part), so was of course devastated thinking all my photos/contacts/etc would be forever lost! Fortunately, I found BosnaTech on the web. Ned from BosnaTech quickly responded to my initial inquiry, provided clear instructions on how to send my phone in the BosnaTech service center (I lived too far way to drop it off), and said he would do his best to recover the data. In the end Ned was able to recover the data and transfer it to a flash drive, which he mailed to me along with the phone. As an unexpected bonus Ned said BosnaTech could also repair the original damaged phone. Outstanding service and communications throughout, all at what I consider to be a very reasonable price.“

If they could get the data.Found PC Overhaul through a google search of Norwood computer businesses... George took care of it in a day and a half. It's all back. No missing data. “There's no need to look elsewhere. These guys are amazing. The staff is friendly, explains everything in understandable detail, and they're fast and responsive. They'll check out your machine and tell you what's wrong and advise accordingly.... before you spend a single dollar.As far as pricing goes, the collective fixed my laptop for less than half what Microcenter was going to charge!“

“I went to WangPC because my son had a good experience with him (reasonable price for fixing a Mac laptop, great service). He looked at my laptop and diagnosed the problem. The repair would require replacing the mother board which was too costly. So I did not fix it. Mr. Wang was kind and did not charge me for his diagnostics.“
