“Absolutely gorgeous. My sister and brother in law just adore Luna and her flowers. They have bought from her many times. Most importantly we ordered flowers for the collation after Mom’s funeral from Luna’s in April. This purchase in September was for my sister and brother in law’s 40th anniversary. I live in Tennessee so I ordered online. I picked designer’s choice because Luna is such an artist and professional and the results did not disappoint. I included a message and instead of printing it out, it was hand written on the card. Very sweet touch. Thanks for being there at so many important moments, Luna!“

“Kseniya and Floristika were so great to work with!! She adapted flower color and design around whatever was wanted and had experience at our venue so was able to advise on best practices. On wedding day, she executed the ceremony space perfectly and well ahead of time so that we were able to use the space for family photos ahead of the ceremony due to rain. Later in the night, she set up the reception room beautifully, reusing everything we had from our ceremony as requested. She was a pleasure to work with and would recommend!“

Within a few minutes I had placed my order, and received a text with photo confirming delivery exactly 1 hour and 59 minutes later. Pretty amazing! “UPDATE: I want to change my 3 stars given earlier to 4 stars. Lisa sent us an email refunding us a portion of what we paid for the arrangement we were not happy with which I was very grateful and touched for her understanding. The other two arrangements were beautiful. I absolutely recommend her to anyone in the future. Thank you Lisa. What I liked about the place was I was able to look online at Teleflora and choose what I like & Lisa would would work with my selection but one of the three arrangements didn't look anything like what I picked and I couldn't call to have anything done bc I didn't see it until the services were about to start. Would have been nice if some kind of compensation or credit towards another purchase to make up for the error but she basically ignored me. Too bad. The other two were nice and pricing were reasonable.“
